Hey, I’m Mercedes, a photographer based here on the Gulf Coast. I’m also a wife, a homeschool mom of four wild littles, and a big believer that the best moments usually happen in between the poses.

I photograph families, couples, and weddings that are full of feeling. The real kind. Like chasing your kids down the beach, whispering vows in the wind, or hugging someone you love a little tighter than usual.

We moved to Pensacola from Arkansas four years ago, and I fell in love with the coast. Not just the water, the sea oats, the breeze, the way everything slows down a bit out here. We live on a little patch of land with our goats, chickens, and a whole lot of noise, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

If you’re looking for photos that feel like you: not stiff, not staged, just honest and full of life. I’d love to be the one behind the camera.

MY VALUES

Learn More

Photography has been a lifelong love of mine; I cherish capturing the in between moments. The moments we don't realize may be our last, the people in the moments. Growing up, I spent hours sifting through family photo albums, and I continue that tradition with my own family, I believe in the importance of preserving memories, and cherish moments for years to come.

My PHILOSOPHY

be present, enjoy the moments and your poeple
